How long is the shipping?

Excluding weekends and holidays, it usually takes no more than 72 hours to process and prepare an order for shipment. During such time, a customer can cancel an order with us without a fee. We aim to deliver your orders within 8-15days, depending on your location and products chosen. Items such as battery operated and liquid based need longer time to arrive and might take between 10-25 days.

What shall I expect after placing my order?

After placing your order, you may or may not receive a call from us verifying your order depending on the items and location of purchase. Updates regarding your order will be sent to the registered email.

How much does shipping cost?

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service, and offer FREE Shipping to almost all of its products for prepaid orders (ie Gcash, Paymaya, Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal)

Cash on delivery is also available in some area but you will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for free shipping fee offer. Shipping cost will depend on your location.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements. If email registered is faulty or unintentionally written by mistake and/or the information has not been received, feel free to contact us.

Can you ship my order to a business address?

Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.

What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?

Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbors. In worst cases, such as you missed the call and/or unavailable or unreachable, the logistic team will reattempt the delivery in the following days after receiving a confirmation from your side.

 

 

What if my parcel arrived damage?

We're very sorry if the L&L products you looked forward to receiving have arrived damaged. We do our best to pack them safely, but even the most lovingly prepared parcel can get dropped or jostled en route to your house.  After an order is shipped, we are no longer liable for any damages that may incur during the shipping process and delivery. If a customer receives an item that is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to claim with the shipping company and replace the products or return the payment made, for more than one products, partial or full refund depending on the damaged items. Customers who want to claim refund or replacement shall provide evidence such as photo, and or videos of the items.

If we presume that any damage to an item was done after an order arrived to a customer, we reserve the right to withhold and withdraw any claims made.

TAXES & LEVIES.

We shall not be held responsible for any international levies, customs fees, import fees, or any other taxes related to an order that is sent or brought outside of the country. The customer agrees to bear sole responsibility for any such taxes imposed on an order.
